No-Nonsense Warranty

We are confident that once you buy a Duke Pro initiator, you'll never have to replace it. As a testimony of this confidence we can offer this no-nonsense warranty on all of our commercial and law enforcement products:

If your Duke Pro initiator should have a mechanical or electrical failure, send it back and we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

If it falls off a 20-story building, we'll fix it free.
If it gets run over by a bulldozer or an 18-wheeler, we'll fix it free.
If fails for any reason, we'll fix it free.
No asterisks. No fine print. No lawyer-speak. It's that simple.

Not covered:

Lost or stolen units
Units that have been modified, tampered with, or abused

There really aren't any more details to it, but you're welcome to give us a call anyway to discuss it.

RMA Information

Over the years, we have seen plenty of units sent back to us for repair. We have repaired units with simple problems, such as a switch tip being out of calibration or a dead battery. We have also received units for repair with more severe damage such as getting hit by frag or a suspect unloading a .45 cal into the unit. Occasionally, but very rare, there will be a genuine failure of the electronics.

Regardless of the cause, our warranty covers just about any failure.

When the time comes that you have a Duke Pro initiator that is not working properly, we would appreciate the opportunity to repair it at no charge to you.
